The story began on a hot day in Tsholotsho. It was a completely different campaign, but one that brought this very imperative issue to light. She approached us and asked to be excused because she was in unbearable pain from her period; fueled more so by the stress of her lack of sanitary wear to use. How could this be in our modern society? Goes to show some places in our country are untouched by the ‘forward progression’ of the world. It broke our hearts to hear this, and from there the seed of making a tangible, relevant difference in less privileged women’s’ lives was sown. Something had to be done, and we were the ones to do it.

We are extending this same invitation to you, dear friend. Our Campaign, A Woman’s Worth, is to provide Sanitary Wear to as many ladies as possible, in all the places that we can access. We are looking at getting 500 packs initially.

Only with your help can we make this happen. Your kind donations will be used to purchase these items to make some ladies’ lives easier during their time of the month.

Will you join us?

Any amount will go a long way in changing someone’s life.

Once all contributions are in place, will purchase and donate all the sanitary wear and provide you with updates and notifications via our Facebook Page. You will be able to view pictures of the delivery of the Sanitary Wear and any other related activities.

Donations of Sanitary Wear are also welcome; kindly drop them off at Fingers Hair Salon in Bulawayo.
