Goals4Life is the theme for the Zimbabwe team that will represent the country at the 2016 edition of the Homeless World Cup. The Homeless World Cup is a social street soccer tournament that uses the power of sport to advocates for the inclusion of social marginilised people. The tournament gives participants a second chance and an opportunity for rehabilitation from drug and alcohol abuse as well as help for young people to set goals and have dreams which they work towards

Our campaign and objectives.

The Goals4Life: Support Zimbabwe Homeless World Cup Team is a crowd funding campaign to raise airfares for a team of marginilised young people to participate at the 2016 edition of the Homeless World Cup


  • Give young people an opportunity to represent their country at an international soccer tournament despite their background or lack.
  • Give opportunities to disabled young people to be included in the team so they can also advocate for inclusion in other for a. ( the team will also have disabled young people)
  • Empowering women , the team is a mixed team and give women an opportunity to be included as well as empowered to play sport at an international level.

The funds will be used to purchase air tickets to enable the Homeless Team Zimbabwe to fly to Glasgow, Scotland where they will participate in the tournament running form 10th -17th July 2016

Names of people involved in the project.

Team selection has not yet been done, it will be conducted at a tournament to be held 0n the 2nd of April 2016. The Zimbabwean Homeless World Cup chapter is administered by Young Achievement Sports for Development (YASD) which is represented by Petros Chatiza, Farai Mweta and Joe Kuseka
